Memorial Day dawned a little rainy, but the sun came out, and we decided to pull out the grill. Sadly, between grilling the vegetables and the tuna, a thunderstorm struck, and so this all-grill dinner became Pan Seared Tuna with Grilled Veggies. Of course, you might have a normal grill - we are still operating off a portable grill - and could therefore grill everything at the same time.
This was a great meal that will be even better when we are in the height of tomato and corn season . . . yum! The recipe is forthcoming.
