Mimi spends half of her time sitting by the window in our "ironing room" (some might call it a "guest" bedroom, but that would entail having some furniture) and the other half waiting behind curtains and corners to attack you as you walk throughout the house. This morning as I was taking out the trash and admiring the foggy morning, this wet little dog came trotting all the way down the alley to stand by my feet and look at me. And then jump on me and follow me around before promptly chasing a squirrel and continuing on down the way. Dogs are hard to photograph. They're very wriggly. I think I'll stay with cats for the time being, they're much more on my energy level.
