Welcome to My Fridge
Okay, fine, Sam. Here's my fridge. I think we can all see it's time for a cleanout.
Shelf One: miso paste, Fage 2% plain, Greek-style yogurt, sake, fajita leftovers on top of perlini fresh mozzarella, half and half, Trader Joe's "Salsa Authentico." Wire soda rack: sour cream, Givry "le Haut Colombier" white Burgundy, boar bacon. Shelf Two: Lime juice, plain yellow mustard (Husband's favorite), Chicken stock, Pom cherry juice, black sesame seeds. Background has zucchini, rapini, broccoli.
Shelf Four: lemongrass, greens, grapes, tortilla shells, hearts of romaine. Drawer: cold cuts. Shelf Five: country style boneless pork ribs, Parmesan rinds, duck eggs and brown chicken eggs.
Door 1: D;arbo sour cherry syrup, sour Srirach sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, Chipotle and Habenero Tabascos, pumpkinseed oil, and yes, chocolate milk.
Door Two: Brown Cow low fat Maple and fat free choclate yogurt, Marzetti's Caesar dressing, regular sesame seeds.
Door Three: real (pomegranate) granadine, yet another sour cherry syrup (this one is Polish), horseradish, fish sauce, whole grain mustard, two bottles of hoison, Cold soba dressing, tamari, Worchestershire sauce, sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sudachi juice (Japanese citrus). Door Four: yet more soy sauce, including my special $10 one I like to buy at Williams Sonoma and horde. Rose's lime juice, ketchup, maple syrup, and garlic paste (we all cheat from time to time).
