Okay - I think it's unanimous that any sort of event will take place after the holidays. I have always wanted to have a "Winter Blahs" party, so this will be the perfect time. A lot of people have suggested some great charities, and I have to say, I am leaning towards a food-related charity. But I am open to suggestions, as always.
I am investigating some venues, and I will certainly keep everyone posted when I have a few things nailed down, which will probably not be until after Christmas.
In other news, I have received a few really cool tee shirt ideas, but please keep them coming! A few of you emailed to tell me you had an idea but didn't send me the idea, so please, SEND IT!!
Best news, too: Skreened tells me they are going to start offering reusable canvas totes to their lineup, so the design can also go on a tote, and you'll be able to have your very own Restaurant Widow eat locally tote bag! Although I'm not sure why you would want one when you'll be able to design your very own . . .
