Dear Nintendo, I Have Influence . . .
Okay, not food-related. But last night a friend and I were discussing how much we wanted portable Guitar Hero. I am totally addicted to Guitar Hero and I would like to be able to take my addiction on the road with me! Alas, the Nintendo DS costs nearly $200, and an extra $45 for the game (I haven't found a pink Guitar Hero Bundle).
So this is what I want to know: where's my Girlie Nintendo Party? I am pretty sure I know 30 other influential chicks who would join me for champagne and portable gaming - am I right, girls?
Hey - I don't have advertising, no one's going to sponsor me a scooter, no one sponsored me a camera, or a cell phone for moblogging, but I figure it never hurts to keep asking. . .

Hi Lisa!
I was at your dinner event and I really enjoyed myself. Thanks again! I have lots of DS games and no one to play with, so let me know and I would love to join a DS party!

A DS party...that would totally rock, especially if there were free DS's!

okay, this is not about guitar hero. I'm living in Columbus for 6 weeks this summer, have enjoyed your blog, and have taken lots of your restaurant suggestions. We went to Basi Italia tonight and I loved it. The best caesar salad I have ever had. (But why were we seated at a tiny table next to the bathroom when the restaurant remained empty all night? Same thing happened last week at Z Cucina; is it because we made our reservations on Open Table?). We also loved, per your suggestion, Black Creek Bistro and Rigsby's, and our VERY favorite, Alana's. Where should we go next?

FYI: The Nintendo DS has an MSRP price of $129.99.
I've been thinking about having a DS party sometime soon (perhaps outside in a park somewhere), but would be open to males and females alike. ;) Hooray for Mario Kart Multiplayer!
