So! At the suggestion of my brilliant reader Tammy, I have created a Facebook group! This way, you can all meet each other online and see what everyone looks like. Or not. But it's there! I am no a super-adept Facebook user, but creating this group was really easy. However, if you have any suggestions or ideas or things I should do or add, please let me know. I have invited all of my friends (I think), but you don't have to be invited. Anyone can join, anyone can add pictures or comment or whatever.
The other thing, thanks to my super cool aquaintence and should-be food blogger M, who blogs over at Errando, I now have a Tumblog over at Tumblr. Why? Why would I have another blog? Well, it's not really a blog per se, it's more of an alternative online outlet. The best part is, I can post photos directly from my phone (much more simply than with this blog, sorry). It's kind of like Twitter with pictures. Besides that, it is really easy to upload audio & video, so I will be posting my WCRS shorts there as well. And who knows - maybe one day, video. I do have a video camera which is never used, after all. If you have been thinking about blogging but are concerned about not having time, I highly recommend Tumblr. It's perhaps the easiest blogging interface I have ever seen, and if you have a template like mine, you just have short little posts there. Furthermore, you can import all (or some) of your feeds. The only thing I don't really like is there doesn't seem to be a way to leave comments. Which I don't like. But it's okay. I have my Twitter & RW feeds going in, so there will be some redundancy of content, but it's easy to overlook, and there are quite a few things there I would put on my site because they aren't food related or are just pictures I took while walking down the street.
