- My next group burger hunt will take place when 3 people email me and we can agree on a date and time. For this hunt, we will be meeting for lunch. It was just recommended to me by someone with great taste, and it had never occurred to me before. So. I can pretty much do any day this week except Thursday, when I will be a guest lecturer at OSU! How scary! So, the first person with a free day can set the tone and we'll see where we go from there.
- Would anyone be interested in a smaller, more intimate, more expensive dinner? I've had a few requests for these, and it's something Husband and I have wanted to do for a long time. With a little more money to work with, he could really get some amazing wines and have a great wine education. These dinners would have more courses which would be a little more challenging than things we have done in the past. I'm thinking of around $75-$100 per person, and I'd like to keep it around 12-16 guests. We'd like to get some super cool specialty ingredients in that we might not be able to afford for 30 people. Just let me know if there's any interest and I'll start looking for a space. If you have an art gallery or something you'd like to donate in exchange for dinner, that would be awesome. With enough organization, Seth and I should be able to rig up some sort of portable kitchen. Husband and I have lots of ideas for different dinners and wine classes, so if you would like to hear about them or request one for you and some friends, just let us know.
Okay, so just let me know if you are interested or have thoughts on either or both of these ideas!
