I've been loving reading your thoughts on Thanksgiving. And while they have all been great, the one thing which has been plaguing me the most is a vegetarian centerpiece. The biggest problem I encountered with nearly all of my thoughts was trying to avoid reusing ingredients which would already be on the table. I came up with all sorts of thoughts, and then I found myself standing in the kitchen getting a snack when my eyes fell upon a giant Heirloom Banana Hubbard Squash I had picked up from Wayward Seed Farm.
