I have a confession to make. As much as I love our fair city, sometimes I envy Cleveland their long history, ethnic assortment of restaurants (hello pierogi!) and their Ritz Carlton. Columbus was just never a big enough city back in the day to get a Ritz Carlton. Cleveland has Harvey Pekar, and Michael Ruhlman. It has the lake, and Cedar Point, and the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. It has Jonathon Sawyer and Michael Symon. Cleveland has their own Iron Chef for the love of pork belly!!
At any rate, I am taking a long weekend this weekend to experience all the CLE has to offer. Well, as much as I can fit into 3 days anyway. I think you should totally join me at the Fabulous Food Show! You can hear Thomas Keller with a question and answer session moderated by Ruhlman. You can see cooking demos by famous chefs from Bobby Flay to Sandra Lee, Tyler Florence to Symon and beyond. Not only that, but there will be lots of other food-related goings-on.
You can also have dinner prepared by season 5's Top Chefs!
