I'm thinking it will be around 6-7pm? as many people as can come, as much food as possible, hoping to get some nice wine or beer person to donate some beverages (ahem ahem).
Also, if you work in a restaurant, we would love to have some nibblies from local restaurants! What a great chance to get your food in front of the people with the best taste in the city, my readers!
