This Week in Food Events

• Guess what kitty cats?! I have been asked back to All Sides Weekend with Marilyn Smith!  This Friday at 11am, I will once again be on WOSU talking about the Columbus Restaurant scene with Ms. Smith and WOSU food critics the Riches Terapak father & son).  Please tune in and call in with questions so I get to go back! I have wanted to be a guest since I heard my first Open Line with Fred Anderle restaurant show like 5 years ago, so it's pretty exciting for me.
• This Sunday, Wild Goose Creative's Too Many Cooks will feature the lovely AJ Perry from Sassafras Bakery!  AJ will be demystifying pies and pie crusts.  I've had her pies, and they are delicious. This event is only $10 and I am sure will include some yummy pie.
• This Thursday is the annual "Ladies of the North Market Cookie Exchange" at the North Market.  The event, which takes place in the Dispatch Kitchen, will feature coffee, food and wine. And, of course, cookies.  Every attendee will take home three dozen cookies along with recipes! Proceeds benefit the Mid Ohio Food Bank.
• Okay, it isn't food related, but also at the North Market this Saturday is the Holiday Open House and Craft Extravaganza.  Buy trees, listen to music, munch roasted chestnuts, and buy some handmade gifts for your loved ones.
