It's winter. Although I have brief periods where I am inspired to cook, longtime readers will know this is the time of year when I start getting a little lazy in posting. It's the time of year my mom will call and say "you haven't written in awhile..." And I'll say "yeah, I know I know." Compound the gray snow with my yearly desire to hibernate completely and the fact that February is the least monetarily beneficial month in the restaurant biz, and there you have it: a recipe for a lazy blogger.
I bought Meyer lemons last week. That's the extent of my seasonal inspiration. I haven't even used them yet.
At any rate, I thought perhaps I would take this time of lack of inspiration to see if there are any topics you would like to learn about? Anything you would like to learn how to make?
Any restaurants you have been curious about that you'd like me to try out? Things I promised to tell you about and haven't? Ditto recipes?
