Little Jan Brady - not so little anymore, to be frank (5 pounds!!) - is certainly becoming a cat's cat. He's learning to pick the best spots for sleeping, he's being very careful to wake me up in the middle of the night by sneaking into bed, creeping to my ear, and meowing his funny squeaky meow. He loves doing backflips, playing with jumpy stick and laser pointer, and jumping onto the counter when I am chopping bacon (a daily occurrence here at Chez Widow), and he is learning to drink water from the fridge door. Not such a Tiny anymore. It should be noted that his sister, Nibbler, who was the smallest of the litter, weighs just over 3 pounds, so Jan is something of a little tough guy:

Dear Parents of Smudge, Chitara, Nibbler, Fergus, and Norman, and what the heck - George, Marble, Tammy, Slayer B, er, and the rest of last year's bunch:
If you adopted a Tiny or Tiny 2.0, please send me a picture! I will post them this weekend for Weekend Cat Blogging. If you know someone who adopted a tiny and doesn't read my site (for shame!), please let them know. I and my readers would like an update!
Cheers,
Lisa
Another picture of the tinies, this one a month or so old. Husband thought he'd contribute a caption in the manner of our favorite new site, I Can Has Cheezburger?
He has titled this piece "I Can Has Vino?" Enjoy.
Well, we have still have one remaining tiny which we have only made the most half-hearted attempts to find a home for. Why? He really wants to stay. We call him Jan Brady, because there were 3 black kitties in the litter: a fluffy one, a regular one, and a tiniest one. This is just the regular one. Like any kitty, he will search out the best spot in the house. One of his favorites is my laptop. Preferably while I'm writing, so that my screen starts to look !)#*(&QROEITUQPGR like so. He has a way of walking on my computer which makes my internet go full screen (something that drives me crazy) and then puts the computer into hibernation. But I still love the company:
I got to see one of the tinies, tiniest tiny, whose new name is Nibbler, and she's doing really well, as are all the other tinies who have written home. Thanks to everyone who gave Nibbler, Smudge, Chitara, Norman, and Fergus good homes.
